LITTLETON, Colorado (CBS4) – A 38-year-old Littleton woman was jailed for arson, attempted murder and child molestation after a house fire Friday night.

A grown man was rushed to the hospital from the scene at the 7100 block on South Depew Street. His injuries have been described as non-life threatening by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.

The fire is under control. Firefighters found a cat inside and gave it oxygen. The cat is reunited with its owner. The crews also found a dog inside. The local staff are working to calm the dog down and reunite with its owner. One person was taken to the hospital. pic.twitter.com/ICYLx2BzEI

This man has already been treated and released, JCSO told CBS4.

South Metro Fire Rescue units responded to a report of a basement fire before 7 p.m. Firefighters declared the fire under control shortly before 7:30 a.m.

Christy Jo Sinner was admitted to Jefferson County Jail on Saturday.

She faces four attempted murders and two child abuse.
