The Denver Architecture Foundation (DAF) has launched two free audio tours of 24 locations of remarkable structures across Denver. The tours show over a century of architectural history throughout the region through dynamic storytelling and presentation.

“DAF values ​​historical preservation as a means of celebrating different architectures, honoring styles and histories in different eras, and protecting places that mark the heritage of our city and our state,” said Pauline Herrera, managing director of DAF, recently in one Article by Mile High CRE. “The audio tours provide a unique opportunity to promote exploration of our city and an understanding of its history, architecture and landscape. By telling these stories in an experimental way, DAF seeks to maintain our community’s collective commitment to existing landmarks and integrity protect from future sights. “

The audio tours are divided into two “journeys” entitled “Downtown Denver: A Game of City and Empire Builders” and “Civic Center Park: A Speerian Game”. Places explored on each trip include:
