Chefs Syd Younggreen and Brian De Souza opened the first iteration of The Guest in Boulder in August to express and share their creativity through food. The couple met while cooking in New York a few years earlier and cooked in Gem, Le Bernardin and Blue Hill before working as private chefs creating experiences for clients across the country. This spring, they moved their seasonal tasting menu from Boulder to an inconspicuous loft in LoDo, where they serve 10 courses from an eat-in kitchen for a maximum of 20 guests per evening. The courses include unique ingredients, flavors and pairings such as morel and foie gras, asparagus ice cream gazpacho, dry matured pigeon and coffee ice cream with sour yuzu. The seats are available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings and last about three hours. So plan accordingly.

The guest’s location and the specific menu will be communicated via email once you have reserved online. The cost is $ 195 per person and it’s a BYOB experience.
